- Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and ensure their expectations are met.
- Manage and train banquet staff, ensuring they deliver excellent customer service.
- Oversee the setup and breakdown of event spaces, ensuring they are properly arranged and decorated.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create customized menus and ensure timely food and beverage service.
- Handle any guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization in banquet areas.
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement innovative ideas to enhance the banquet experience.

\nQualifications:
\n· Higher Diploma / Higher Education qualification specialized in hotel industry or Tourism is preferred.
\n· A minimum of 2 to 4 years’ experience working in a 5-star property or similar environment.
\n· Excellent written and verbal communication.
\n· Experience in leading a team with key leadership skills.
\n· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible to workday and night shifts.
\n· Maintain positive attitude, warm personality, attention to detail and smart appearance.
\n· Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
